Mom's Mayo

2 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp mustard
4 heaping tsp flower
2 cups milk
1 cup vinegar
1 cup vinegar from pickles.

Mix everything ,
chill it in the frig few hours

Cocoa Zucchini Cake

2cups and 1/2  of all purpose flour
1/ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 cup butter( or margarine)
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 cups of finely shredded unpeeled zucchini
1 cup chopped walnuts ( or almonds)
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup milk

Grease and ligtly flour a 19 inches tube pan
Stit together , flour, cocoa powder, baking powder,
baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

In a large mixer bowl beat butter with electric mixer
on medium speed, about 30 secs.

Add sugar and beat till fluffy,
Add egs one at the time, beating well on medium speed,
Atri in zucchini and, nuts and vanilla,
Alternately add dry ingredients and milk to beaten mixture,
beating on low speed aafter each addition.
Turn batter into prepared pan.

Bake at 350 degree oven about one hour or
till caake test done.
Cool on wire rack.

(Cream Cheese frosting  or Betty Croker cheese in can)
